Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to an accessible ecommerce experience.
Our commitment
We want people with disabilities to browse products, manage a basket, pay and obtain support. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA and applicable Irish ecommerce accessibility requirements through perceivable, operable, understandable and robust experiences.
Measures and compatibility
We use semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, labelled controls, alternative text, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast and automated/manual regression checks. The site is intended for current browsers and common screen readers at supported zoom levels.
Known limitations
Third-party payment screens and supplier product media may have limitations outside our direct control. We review supplied content and offer telephone/email assistance. A full production audit must confirm and date any remaining limitations before publication.
Feedback and assistance
If a page or transaction is difficult to use, contact [email protected] or 042 969 2553. Tell us the page, problem, assistive technology/browser if relevant, and preferred response format. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and provide a response or plan within ten working days.
Complaints
If our response does not resolve the issue, follow our Complaints Policy. This does not affect any right to seek compliance or contact an applicable authority under Irish law. We review this statement after material changes and accessibility testing.
