Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate our furniture store and ecommerce service.

Account and order-access details, including name, email, session data and order reference.

Order, billing, delivery, telephone, returns, refund, review and support information.

Payment status and transaction identifiers from Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.

Contact-form, email, call, complaint and marketing-preference information.

IP address, browser/device data, security logs, cookie choices and consented analytics data.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process order and delivery data to perform our contract; records required by law to comply with legal obligations; security, service improvement and non-order enquiries for our legitimate interests; and promotional email or non-essential analytics only with consent. Where order information is required, we may be unable to fulfil an order without it.

Processors and transfers

Harbinson Dev Ltd hosts and maintains our website, database and application data in-house and processes that information on our behalf. Stripe processes payments and payment security information under its own privacy information; we receive payment status and transaction identifiers, not full card numbers.

We share necessary order details with the people fulfilling your delivery or assembly and disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where required. We do not sell personal data. Where a service processes information outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards are required.

Retention

We keep abandoned checkout data up to 90 days, general enquiries up to 24 months, security logs normally up to 12 months, and order/payment/delivery/refund records for six years or longer where tax law requires. Complaints and claims are retained for the applicable limitation period; consented analytics uses the shortest configured period in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can always object to direct marketing. We normally respond within one month.

Contact us using the details above to exercise a right.

You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie or 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963.

Analytics, children and changes

Optional analytics is disabled for the initial launch. If enabled, our self-hosted Umami analytics runs only after you accept analytics and you can withdraw through Cookie settings. We do not use advertising trackers. The store is not directed to children and orders require an adult aged 18 or over. We publish a new effective date when this notice materially changes.
