Terms for website use and purchases from our online store.
Website and account rules
Use the site lawfully, provide accurate details, protect account/order links and tell us if access is compromised. Customers must be at least 18. We may restrict access for security, misuse or maintenance.
Products and pricing
We take reasonable care with descriptions, dimensions, colours, availability and prices, but natural materials, screens and manufacturing batches vary. Measure products and access routes. Prices include VAT where applicable. Standard delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is free and included in the checkout total. Optional assembly is arranged and paid for separately with the showroom before the service is provided.
Orders and payment
Checkout is an offer to buy. An automated receipt is not acceptance; a contract forms when we expressly accept after stock, delivery and payment checks. Stripe processes offered payment methods. If an obvious error is found before acceptance, you may proceed on corrected terms or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Delivery Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is without undue delay and within 30 days. Risk passes on physical receipt. Most online goods may be cancelled within 14 days after receipt, subject to lawful exceptions.
Liability
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable consumer loss caused by breach or lack of reasonable care. We do not exclude death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective-product liability, mandatory consumer rights, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for consumer business losses.
Complaints and governing law
Use our Complaints Policy or contact us. Internal handling does not restrict statutory remedies. Irish law applies and Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction; EU residents retain mandatory local consumer protections.
