Delivery areas, lead times and preparing for large furniture.
Areas and fees
We offer free standard delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery is included in the checkout total with no delivery charge. We do not offer delivery to Great Britain or other destinations. Optional assembly, disposal and agreed redelivery services are separate from standard delivery.
Estimated timing
Deliveries are scheduled for Saturdays and we contact you to arrange your delivery day. We aim for stocked products within 7 days; supplier or warehouse goods commonly take 7–21 days. Estimates remain subject to confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is within 30 days after contract formation. We contact you about delays and preserve statutory remedies.
Large furniture and customer responsibilities
Measure the product and complete access route, including parking, gates, lifts, stairs, doors and turns. Tell us about restrictions and hazards. An adult must attend, provide a safe clear route and protect flooring. Delivery is to the agreed place; assembly, packaging removal and disposal are included only if expressly agreed.
Failed delivery
Contact us early to change a date. If inaccurate access information, absence or an unsafe customer-controlled condition prevents delivery, we may charge evidenced storage/redelivery costs explained before rebooking. No charge applies where failure is ours.
Receiving goods
Inspect visible condition promptly, note damage and contact us with the order reference and photographs where useful. Signing does not remove rights for hidden faults. Risk remains with us until physical receipt by you or your nominee.
