Returns and Refunds Policy

In-store purchases

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy for in-store purchases provides a credit note for eligible goods returned unused and in their original packaging. Contact the showroom before returning goods. Custom-made goods, assembled flat-pack furniture, unsealed mattresses, floor models and clearance items are excluded from this voluntary policy. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

14-day online cancellation

For most online goods, notify us clearly from order until 14 days after receipt. Give your name, order reference and item; a reason is optional. Return goods within a further 14 days and keep proof of notice and return.

Return process and condition

Contact [email protected] or 042 969 2553 before returning furniture to our store at Kingscourt Road, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, A81 A304. Include your order reference, contact details and, for damaged goods, photographs where useful. You are responsible for returning change-of-mind goods; we can arrange collection at the current carrier cost, quoted and agreed before collection.

For online statutory cancellation, you may inspect goods as reasonably possible in a shop and are responsible only for diminished value from excessive handling. Original packaging is recommended for protection but is not by itself a condition of the statutory right.

Costs and refund timing

You pay direct change-of-mind return costs where disclosed; ask us for a large-item collection quote. We pay reasonable costs for faulty/misdescribed goods. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of cancellation notice, but may wait for return/evidence. Refunds use the original method unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The change-of-mind right may not apply to goods made to specification or clearly personalised, or genuinely sealed hygiene goods unsealed after delivery. Standard sourced-to-order or clearance goods are not automatically excluded. We identify any exception before purchase.

Faulty goods

Goods must conform to contract. Consumer Rights Act 2022 remedies may include the 30-day short-term right to terminate, repair/replacement, price reduction or final termination/refund. Warranties are additional. Contact us with the order reference and details.
